84 RV Rentals & Service has been a family owned business for almost 50 years and we are proud to be able to offer our customers the selection and discounts of larger dealerships, while still providing the time and attention of a smaller, family owned business.
84 RV Superstore began as Rayewood RV Centers in Sussex NJ and was started over 50 years ago by Charles and Bea Raye. Through great vision and hard work, the business soon grew into the area's premier RV sales and RV rental center, campground, and RV storage facility serving northern New Jersey and Orange County, NY.
December 2008, management decided to focus exclusively on the RV rental & service portions of the business. In order to better serve our customers, we moved back to our Sussex, NJ location to continue offering RV rentals, RV service, discount RV storage and a seasonal campground.
There are currently no terms and conditions for travel during this period. If your rental is during these travel dates, new terms and conditions may apply. Please contact us before booking.
84 RV Rental insurance
DAMAGE WAIVER
If you purchase CDW, we waive our right to collect from you a portion of Physical Damage to the Vehicle. We will not waive this right if damage to the Vehicle: (a) is caused by anyone who is not an Authorized Driver; (b) is caused by a Vehicle driver under the influence of any drug or alcohol; (c) is caused by anyone who obtained use of the Vehicle or extended the rental period by giving us false, fraudulent or misleading information; (d) occurs while the Vehicle is used during the commission of any crime, other than a minor traffic violation; (e) occurs while carrying persons or property for hire, while pushing or towing anything, during any race, speed test or contest, or, while teaching anyone to drive; (f) results from carrying dangerous or hazardous items or illegal materiel; (g) results from use of the Vehicle outside the United States or Canada, our outside any geographic limitations stated elsewhere in this agreement; (g1) is caused by driving on unpaved roads; (h) occurs while transporting more person than the Vehicle has seat belts, while carrying persons outside the passenger compartment, or while transporting children without approved child safety seats as required by law; (i) occurs when the odometer has been tampered with or disconnected; (j) occurs when the Vehicle s fluid levels are low, or it is otherwise reasonable to expect you to know that further operation would damage the Vehicle; (k) is caused by inadequately secured cargo; (l) is caused, by anyone who sits, lies or stands on the roof of the Vehicle; (n) results from your willful, wanton or reckless act or misconduct; and, (m) occurs and you fail to notify us and the police of any accident or vandalism causing damage to the Vehicle. The CDW limit applies to EACH accident separately not cumulatively.
INSURANCE
You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others. You agree to provide auto liability, collision and comprehensive insurance covering you, us, and the Vehicle. Where State law requires us to provide auto liability insurance, or if you have no auto liability insurance, we provide auto liability insurance (the Policy) that is secondary to any other valid and collectible insurance, whether primary, secondary, excess or contingent. The Policy provide bodily injury and property damage liability coverage with limits no higher than minimum levels prescribed by the financial responsibility laws of the State whose laws apply to the loss. You and we reject PIP, medical payments, no-fault and uninsured and under-insured motorist coverage, where permitted by law. Coverage is void if you violate the terms of this Agreement or if you fail to cooperate in any loss investigation conducted by us, or our insurer. The Policy does not cover losses caused by drivers of the Vehicle who are not Authorized Drivers. You have the option to purchase RV Supplemental Liability Insurance. This is purchased online directly with an insurance company, not Rayewood RV Rentals. This will offer coverage of $1,000,000 liability insurance. Go to RVsli.com for full details.
